Israel’s 70th Anniversary
Concept
In June 2018, we worked with the Consulate General of Israel to celebrate the State’s 70th anniversary. New Yorkers, Israelis, and international tourists joined together for a lively concert experience in Times Square. We worked with Israeli pop star and soon-to-be Broadway Chicago lead Shiri Maimon, and successfully coordinated a spectacular multi-media presentation on multiple Times Square digital billboards to celebrate this milestone in the country’s history.
Our Role
For Israel’s 70th Anniversary, we secured all necessary permits, provided all A/V, security, billboards, staffing, vendors and onsite management. We also liaised with the the State Department, Secret Service, NYPD, Department of Transportation and Israeli Government to adequately secure the event site.
