FAQ

  • We produce large-scale experiential events, brand activations, pop-ups, product launches, concerts, fashion shows, marathons, cycling races, mobile marketing tours, sports tournaments, PR stunts, fundraisers, galas, music and food festivals, commencements, and out-of-home digital activations. Our clients range from global brands like Nike, SKIMS, Red Bull, and Disney to agencies, nonprofits, and universities. If it's live and it needs to be built, permitted, and produced, we do it.

  • We're headquartered in New York City, but we produce events nationwide. We've executed projects in Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., the Hamptons, New Haven, New Jersey, and internationally. If your event is outside NYC, reach out and we'll tell you exactly how we can support it.

  • It means we handle the entire event lifecycle in-house: creative ideation, technical production, sound, lighting, staging, A/V, custom fabrication, printing, event permitting, logistics, site management, security, health and safety, transportation, warehousing, and VIP hospitality. You're not coordinating between five different vendors. One team, one point of accountability, from concept through load-out.

  • We own and operate a fabrication shop in New Jersey and a print shop in Brooklyn. That means custom scenic builds, large-format printing, signage, vinyl wraps, 3D fabrications, branded installations, and stage builds are all produced under our roof. This gives us direct quality control and faster turnaround compared to agencies that outsource fabrication to third parties.

  • Yes. Permitting is one of our core services. We handle special event permits, temporary public assembly (TPA) permits, sidewalk and street closures, film and photo permits, park permits, and DOT coordination. We've permitted events across multiple NYC jurisdictions and beyond. If you're planning a public-facing activation, a pop-up in a park, or anything that touches city infrastructure, we know the process, the agencies involved, and the timelines required.

  • Because you get direct access to senior leadership on every project. Evan Korn, our CEO, is involved in the work, not sitting behind layers of account managers. That means faster decisions, higher accountability, and a team that treats your event like their reputation depends on it, because it does. At larger agencies, your project can get handed off to junior staff. That doesn't happen here.

  • We work across a wide range of budgets depending on scope and complexity. We've produced eight-figure tentpole events for Fortune 500 clients and have also supported tightly scoped activations at smaller budgets. The best way to find out if we're the right fit is to tell us what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll tell you what's realistic and where your budget will have the most impact.

  • Large-scale outdoor events, tentpole activations, and anything requiring city permitting should start 12-16 weeks out at minimum, longer if possible. Simpler fabrication projects or indoor activations with existing venue relationships can sometimes move faster. We've turned projects around on tight timelines when needed, but earlier engagement gives us more room to deliver the best possible result.

  • Both. We work directly with brand teams (event marketing managers, global event directors, brand managers) and also serve as a production partner for creative agencies that need execution support on the build, permitting, and technical production side. Whether you're the brand or the agency, the working relationship is the same: direct, transparent, and built around getting the project done right.

  • Live events are unpredictable by nature. Weather changes, permit complications, last-minute client requests, equipment issues. Our production team has managed large-scale outdoor events in public spaces across NYC and nationally, so we've seen most of it. We have a dedicated meteorology and extreme weather operations team that monitors conditions and builds contingency plans before you ever set foot on-site. Beyond weather, we staff experienced technical leads at every event and communicate issues to you immediately with a proposed solution, not just the problem.

  • Three things. First, we're full-service with in-house fabrication and printing, so we control the quality and timeline of the build. Second, we're owner-operated, which means senior leadership is on your project, not delegated to a B-team. Third, we're technically driven. We don't lead with mood boards and vibes. We lead with what's buildable, permittable, and executable, then we make it look incredible. That's the difference between an agency that sells ideas and one that delivers results.

  • At minimum: event date(s), location (or desired area), a general description of what you're trying to create, and an approximate budget range. If you have renderings, creative briefs, mood boards, or technical specs, send those too. We'll review everything and come back with an honest assessment of what's possible and a clear path to get there. Reach out through our contact form or call us directly.
