UNICEF “FROM FAITH TO ACTION” CONFERENCE

The Conference

IDEKO’s digital team had the privilege of producing a two-day virtual conference on December 10th and 11th for UNICEF’s Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO) for “From Faith to Action”, an inter-religious virtual conference to safeguard and protect the rights of children affected by migration.

Our Role

The East Coast-based IDEKO team supported the conference starting at 1:30 AM EST in order to open the digital meeting doors at 9 AM Geneva time, 3 AM EST. The 4-hour long meetings, consisted of general sessions and three simultaneous break-outs. They featured live and pre-recorded video speeches and panels, audience polling and Q&A, and Closed-Captioning translations available in French, Russian, Spanish and English.

The branded, custom-navigation event platform allowed the audience to move between break-out sessions and attend speeches and panels of interest, at will. The event platform provided downloadable agendas, speaker biographies and a reference library of ”From Faith to Action” initiative-related papers and studies.
