Taking a Look Back at...
Rethink Miami Beach
For the months of January to June 2021, the team at IDEKO is partnering with the community of Lummus Park in Miami Beach to host a series of free and family-oriented events, all led by community leaders and local trailblazers.
The idea and concept are simple: to provide a platform for those in Miami to Rethink, with all that is occurring in today's world, how we can live, play, create and experience life. Focusing on resolution, discovery, reflection, movement, and finally, transcendence.
Each event and activation was conceptualized to safely allow families to explore their community and be inspired by local artists, musicians, fitness instructors, and more. Bringing the community together to showcase the talent and invoke some inspiration, motivation, or a little innovation throughout the next few months.
Recapping January 25 - Resolution Event
The first of this five series event focused on music, yoga, art, and more! Featuring local artists, the Lummus Park space was planned to allow visitors to safely stroll and explore at their leisure.
Local DJs filled the space with upbeat music to create energy and positive vibes. Local percussionists showcased their skills while providing instructions to those curious enough to learn, while artists displayed their talent through chalk art, mural art, and more!
Finally, family-friendly yoga was offered to those looking to stretch and relax. See the full gallery of the day here:
Recapping February 21st- Discovery Event

Their fourth full-length album, the self-produced Illusion Motel, is outfall 2020 on their imprint, Pubic Zirconia.
