IDEKO partnered with Nasdaq to spotlight Rivian’s innovation with a seasonal twist in Times Square Plaza. The “Spooky Smart” pop-up blended fall vibes with futuristic design, showcasing Rivian’s world-class technology right outside the Nasdaq MarketSite. As the production lead agency, IDEKO managed every facet of the activation. From permitting and vendor coordination to scenic fabrication, large-format printing, and onsite production. The team brought the concept to life with a larger-than-life scenic wall and custom seasonal décor that framed Rivian’s LED wall and electric vehicle displays.
