Urban Outfitters Club Holiday brought a warm, tropical escape right to wintery travel hub Chicago O’Hare. The activation featured immersive displays of UO home décor and gifting collections, interactive moments, and charging stations for travelers to rest and recharge. A geodesic dome anchored by a sandcastle installation transformed the terminal into an unexpected, highly shareable brand experience. IDEKO led full production, fabrication, printing, and airport coordination, navigating post-shutdown logistics, vendor relationships, and airport load-in, as well as setting up digital touch-points, including QR codes to scan to make holiday wish lists with Canva or shop directly online.
